How it works

A small thing, designed well, used quietly.

The LoveSave system is a tension ring, a water-based lubricant, and a session timer. Together they're a non-pharmaceutical way to manage erectile difficulty. No pills, no prescriptions, no clinic visits.

The routine

Three steps. You'll learn it in one evening.

The included guide walks through the first time, then it's yours. Most men don't open the booklet a second time.

01 Prepare

Apply lubricant generously.

The kit includes a 240 ml bottle of water-based, glycerin-free lubricant. Water-based matters here — silicone-on-silicone causes drag, and oils break down the ring over time.

  • Why this lubricant. pH-balanced, fragrance-free, glycerin-free, FDA-cleared.
  • How much. A teaspoon-sized amount is the right baseline. More if the ring feels tight.
  • Where. On the ring itself and on the area where it'll sit.

02 Apply

Slip the ring on with both hands.

The ring is one adaptive size — it stretches comfortably to fit most men. Both hands give you better control during the first few uses; after that one hand is fine.

  • The right position. Snug at the base, no pinching, the inner band sitting flush against the skin.
  • If it feels tight in a wrong way. Take it off. The first few times feel different from later sessions.
  • Material. Medical-grade platinum-cure silicone, Shore A 30 hardness, 38 mm inner diameter, 12 mm wall.

03 Begin

Set the timer. Forget the rest.

Press the silver button on the timer. It beeps once and starts a 30-minute countdown. A soft chime at 25 minutes, a sharper one at 30. After that, a 60-minute rest before the next session.

  • Why a timer. Safe-use guidance for tension rings is 30 minutes on, 60 minutes off. Built-in so you don't think about it.
  • Battery. CR2032 coin cell, lasts about a year of daily use. Replacement is in the included guide.
  • Discreet. Timer chimes are gentle — they sound like a quiet kitchen oven, not a hospital monitor.

The science.

A short explanation. If you want the longer version, the included guide has clinical references.

It's mechanical, not chemical.

The ring works by applying gentle, even pressure at the base. That pressure restricts venous outflow while arterial flow continues. The result is a maintained erection — no drug needed.

Decades of clinical use.

Tension-ring therapy has been used in urology for over fifty years. It's often the first non-pharmaceutical option a clinician will suggest, particularly for men who can't take PDE5 inhibitors.

No systemic side effects.

Because nothing enters the bloodstream, there are no headaches, no flushing, no vision changes, no drug interactions. The only adjustments are mechanical — sizing and pressure feel.

Why this, not a pill.

A side-by-side of the most common non-LoveSave routes.

Safety & when to ask a doctor

Quietly safe for most.

Most men can use the system with no specific clearance needed — it's a topical mechanical device, not a drug. That said, there are a few conditions where you should talk to a clinician first.
