Shipping.
Free US shipping on every order, no minimum. We ship five days a week. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day.

You'll get a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. We don't include a packing slip with itemized contents on the outside of the box.
Discreet packaging.
Every order ships in a plain corrugated brown box, no LoveSave logo or product imagery on the outside. The return address reads only LS Fulfillment. Your card or bank statement will show "LS HEALTH", never the product name.
What's not on the outside of your box
No product name, no LoveSave logo, no descriptive labels, no medical-device flags, nothing about contents on the shipping label.
Tracking your order.
The shipping confirmation email arrives within a few hours of your order being packed. The subject line reads "Your LS order is on its way" — never the product name. If you have an account, you can also track from your dashboard.
Tracking links work for about 30 days after delivery. After that, please contact us if you need a receipt or proof of delivery.
30-day refund window.
You have 30 days from the delivery datefor a full refund. The product can be opened, used, and the timer can be activated — we want you to actually try it.
We refund:
- The full product price
- Any shipping you paid (Express orders included)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No restocking fee, no questions on the way out
Subscription orders.
Subscription deliveries follow the same shipping, packaging, and refund rules as one-time orders. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime in your account — no phone call, no retention email.
We send a reminder email 7 days before each shipment. You have until that ship date to change, skip, or cancel without being charged.
International & APO/FPO.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, DC, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't ship internationally yet — we're working on it.
