The agreement.
When you buy from us, create an account, or use our site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. By placing an order, you're confirming that you're at least 21 years old, that the device is for personal use, and that you've read our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility.
You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the United States. We ship to all 50 states, DC, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently sell to minors, to international addresses, or to anyone who has been previously refused service.
About the device.
The LoveSave Starter is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device (510(k) clearance) intended for the management of erectile dysfunction in adult males. It is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified clinician.
Talk to your doctor first if any of the following apply
Peripheral neuropathy, a bleeding disorder, sickle cell disease, Peyronie's disease, or if you take blood-thinning medication. The system is contraindicated in these cases.
Read the included guide before first use. Sessions are limited to 30 minutes with a 60-minute rest between, and the included timer enforces this.
Purchases & subscriptions.
One-time orders
$89, free shipping, charged once at checkout. Shipped within 1 business day.
Subscriptions
$75 per 90-day refill cycle, free shipping. We send a reminder email 7 days before each shipment. You can pause, skip, or cancel any time before the ship date with no charge or fee. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry over 3 days. After that, the subscription pauses automatically.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are in USD and don't include sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state. We can change prices at any time; existing subscribers keep their current rate for at least 12 months from sign-up.
Your account.
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping the password private and for any activity that happens under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, email security@lovesave.com and we'll lock the account immediately.
You can delete your account any time from your account dashboard or by emailing privacy@lovesave.com.
Acceptable use.
You won't:
- Use the device on anyone other than yourself
- Resell or transfer the device commercially
- Use our site to scrape, copy, or republish content
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our payment or account systems
- Use our site if you've been previously banned
Warranty & disclaimers.
We warrant the device against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery. If it fails under normal use, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. The warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear after 1 year.
Beyond the express warranty, the device is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant specific medical outcomes. Erectile function varies person to person; for many men the system works well, and for some it doesn't.
Liability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the device or the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, such as for our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Disputes.
If something goes wrong, please email us first — most issues are resolved within a day or two. If we can't work it out, disputes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and resolved by binding arbitration in Pittsburgh, PA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing legal@lovesave.com with "OPT OUT" in the subject line.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers and noted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
